ConnetU was formed in 2007 to provide expertise in hosting and server management to a small media organisation. Since then the client base has grown steadily to SMEs from the industries of publishing, e-commerce, software development, the finance sector, entertainment and events, broadcasting and consultancies in a variety of fields. Our clients are often looking for bespoke setups and to fully outsource the management of their hosting for cost-efficiency.

Since 2007 we have seen year-on-year revenue growth and have significantly expanded and improved our infrastructure. Today we are trusted by companies from the UK, Europe and USA to support their global Internet presence by delivering a combination of high uptime services and responsive support.   • Choose only the best partners: all our data centres are of a Tier III standard of resilience, meaning nearly every system is duplicated to eliminate single points of failure. This ensures a 100% power uptime record. All equipment we supply is high quality, obtained from reputable manufacturers.
  • Operate our own multihomed network: We operate a London-based network with a 24/7 NOC, using respected upstreams, a fully-redundant configuration and with availability in over 20 near-London data centres. We strive to maintain an actual uptime in excess of 99.99% each year.
  • Impose no small print or overcommit: Some hosting providers will offer "unlimited" or "unmetered" services at practically no cost in order to secure customers. In reality, if only a fraction of their customers used the full allowance, they would be unable to cope with the demand. Similarly, some providers overcommit on power in an effort to condense their rack space, a practise which can easily lead to a circuit breaker or fuse tripping. We never overcommit and we don't place restrictions in the small print: you get exactly what you pay for, reliably and guaranteed!
  • Have UK only staff, 24/7: From sales to support, we are completely UK based. This includes all our major partners. That means you get a dedicated account manager and support staff with direct access to equipment and rack space, all in plain understandable English, at every point on the clock.
  • Offer flexible solutions: Have an unusual requirement? Need a solution urgently? We'll try to accomodate what you need at a feasible price point, and as quickly as possible. Our server, colocation and networking solutions are customisable and fully supported.
